3． 有意向的投标人可从2007年2月15日起，每天(节假日除外) 上午8:30-11:30, 下午2:00-5:00 (北京时间)在广州市环市中路316号金鹰大厦10楼广东省机电设备招标公司招标一处购买招标文件。

4． 招标文件售价：每套售价人民币3500元（国内）或500美元（非现金）（国外）。招标文件售后不退。如需邮寄（仅限速递方式）每包须另加100元人民币（国内）或50美元（非现金）（国外）。招标机构不对邮寄过程中的遗失负责。

5． 有意向的投标人购买招标文件后请务必同时在中国国际招标网 （www.chinabidding.com）上进行注册登记并将登记表签名盖章后寄该网站。
