近十年我公司与科研院所配合制造生产了几十套煤炭Hydraulic system of automatic loading station of coal train
装车站、矿石装车站、汽车装车站液压控制系统，装车站的4个缓冲仓、一个称重仓、一套装车溜槽、一套称重砝码都是由液压控制系统完成的，实现火车及汽车的连续动态快速精确定量装车。
该装置是用来控制煤矿等装车楼中4个缓冲仓，1个定量仓及溜槽装置的闸板开闭，共由14根油缸组成。该系统由计算机控制全自动控制阀门的启闭，其压力速度可在线调整装车速度达到60吨煤/30秒。该装置由我公司制造液压系统，目前在宁夏、内蒙、山西、山西、河北等大型国有煤矿企业安装了近百套，性能及效果完全可以取代同类进口设备。
In the recent ten years, our company has coordinated with science research institutions and produced tens of sets of hydraulic control system for coat loading stations, ore loading stations and auto loading stations. The four surge bins, one weighting bin, one set of loading chute and one set of weighting weights of the loading station are all completed by the hydraulic control system, which realize the continuous, dynamic, fast, accurate and quantitative loading for the train and autos
The device is used to control the opening and closing of flashboard of four surge bins and one quantitative bin and downspouting apparatus in the loading floor of coal and etc. ,which is composed of 14 cylinders. It used the computer to full automatically control the opening and close of valve for the system ,and its pressure speed can on-line adjust the loading speed to be 60 tons coal per 30 seconds . The hydraulic system of this device is manufactured by our company, which has been currently installed nearly dozens of sets in the large scale state-owned coal enterprises in Ningxia, Inner Mongolia, Shaanxi, Shanxi, He bei, and etc., and its performance and effectiveness can completely replace similar imported equipments.
